We are carrying out a TSM survey for North Yorkshire Council.
The purpose of the survey is to provide North Yorkshire Council with insight into how satisfied residents are with their homes and the services they receive.
North Yorkshire Council is keen to improve services and to understand what are the most important issues and priorities for residents.
Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw. We will select three responses at random for a first prize of £150 and two runners up prizes of £100 & £50 shopping vouchers each.
The survey should take around ten minutes to complete. If you need to stop to do something else while you are completing the survey, make sure you click the ‘Save’ button to avoid having to start again.
