We are carrying out a Tenant Satisfaction Measure survey for North West Housing Services.
Your Co-operative is now required to carry out a survey of tenant members to establish levels of satisfaction with their home and services.
Your Co-operative has agreed to take part in the survey commissioned by North West Housing Services (NWHS). North West Housing Services has asked Acuity to carry out an independent survey of residents to help them to improve services.
We want to understand what the most important issues and priorities for you are. Please take a few minutes to provide your views, this is important to your Co-operative.
