Maynard Co-operative Housing Association (MCHA) has asked us to carry out an independent survey to find out if you are happy with your home and the services it provides. MCHA and PA Housing, who manage the services on its behalf, are keen to improve services and your response to this survey will help them to understand what the key issues and priorities for you are. Please take a few minutes to give us your views.

All residents who complete the survey will be entered into a prize draw. We will select two responses at random for two prizes of £25.
